Wesley Sneijder has reiterated that he will not be leaving Inter before the close of the current transfer window.
The Netherlands international was reportedly close to moving to Manchester United in the summer and that link has resurfaced in recent weeks.
However, when asked after Sunday's 2-1 victory over Lazio if he could still join the Old Trafford outfit before the end of the month, Sneijder told Inter's official website: "How much is left? A week? I'm staying here."
Nerazzurri president Massimo Moratti also insisted that the Dutch playmaker is staying put, claiming: "No one has ever thought otherwise."
Sneijder only featured as a substitute during the win over Lazio, with coach Claudio Ranieri revealing afterwards that the player is not yet 100 per cent after only just returning from a two-month spell on the sidelines with a muscular problem.
