Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri said he would have liked legendary former players Diego Maradona and Careca in his current side of stars.
Maradona and Careca played for the club during the late 1980's and early 1990's and were part of the "Ma-Gi-Ca" trio which included Bruno Giordano.
Back then, the Serie A club side enjoyed some of its greatest moments, winning major honours which included two Italian titles and the Uefa Cup.
Mazzarri's charges have started this season in great form, and when asked who he would choose from previous Napoli sides, the coach's choice was predictable.
"I have a great group of players who are giving me their soul, but if I was to choose, apart from Maradona, I would also have liked to have had Careca. I liked him a lot," the coach is quoted as saying by Il Corriere dello Sport.
Napoli take on Parma on Saturday and are third in the league. Maradona is currently the coach at Al Wasl, while Careca retired from football in 1999.
