AC Milan's Zlatan Ibrahimovic & Antonio Cassano want more money, claims Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini

The outspoken Italian is taking aim at the two forwards and believes their recent comments are motivated by wage issues as he looks ahead to the big weekend clash
Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has suggested AC Milan stars Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Antonio Cassano are asking for a higher wage following their recent claims to the media.

Last week, Ibrahimovic said he was growing tired of football; Cassano echoed the striker's sentiments on Tuesday when he set his retirement date.

However, Zamparini believes their comments are merely a ploy to squeeze more money out of their club before the January transfer window.

"I think they [Ibrahimovic and Cassano] want more money, they are so tired of earning a little wage," Zamparini snapped, according to Ansa.it.

"In any case, I hope the Milan players who usually make a difference have a bad game against us."
