Advisor says his Premier League star will not 'exclude' the chance of moving before the end of the transfer window despite the midfielder claiming he is happy at Anfield
Aquilani said he was happy at Anfield following Italy's 2-1 friendly win over Spain on Wednesday, but he did not rule out a summer departure fully.
Milan and Fiorentina have long been linked with the former Roma star after a permanent move to Juventus failed to materialise following a season spent on loan with the Turin club.
The idea of a recent loan transfer to Fiorentina did not come off as Aquilani only wants a permanent deal, while it has been said Milan are still keeping tabs on him.
"[AC Milan CEO] Adriano Galliani knows all the facts and he is well informed and we heard what he said last week," agent Franco Zavaglia told Itasportpress.
"Milan said they need a left-sided midfielder and so we cannot exclude this possibility."
The midfielder, 27, has only played 28 times for Liverpool since joining for €20 million in 2009 but has remained in Italy's international set-up and scored the winner for his country against Spain on Wednesday night.
