Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has made it clear that Javier Pastore will join a foreign club, but the Italian chief refused to reveal the 22-year-old's next destination.
Reports have continued to link Pastore with either Chelsea or Paris Saint-Germain.
PSG director Leonardo recently said that players like Pastore are always interesting, but claimed it was difficult to buy them.
The Argentina international will not likely ply his trade in Serie A next term, leaving both AC Milan, and Roma, who were also linked with him, empty-handed.
"The only thing that is certain is that he is going abroad," Zamparini told Radio Radio.
"We are in the decisive days now and I think Pastore is just one of a few world-class players, but I won't say where he is going, even under torture.
"The offers are between €40 million [£34.9m] and €50m [£43.6m]," he said.
Pastore joined Palermo from Huracan in 2009.
