Inter captain Javier Zanetti has voiced his opinion that Udinese attacker Alexis Sanchez would be a good addition to the world champions' squad this summer.
The Chile international is continually linked with a move to Giuseppe Meazza, while Manchester City's Carlos Tevez and Lille attacker Eden Hazard have also caught the attention of the 2010 Champions League winners.
"Tevez, Hazard and Sanchez are all three excellent players. 'Carlito' has always done very well. He has scored lots of goals at every club where he has played. The Belgian attacker is not as well known as the other two, but he has great statistics," Zanetti told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Sanchez, however, has already shown that he has what it takes to be successful in Serie A. He has made a lot of progress. I know him very well as I have played against him several times. I am confident that he is ready to make the next step and can make the difference at a bigger club."
The 22-year-old currently sits 47th in the Castrol EDGE Rankings following his eye-catching performances, and he has also attracted attention from Real Madrid and Manchester United over the past season.
