The Serie A side admitted earlier on Wednesday that they are interested in the highly rated attacker, but the Portuguese club say they have not received and would not welcome bids
The 24-year-old is being linked with Serie A giants AC Milan and the club's CEO Adriano Galliani admitted earlier on Wednesday that the San Siro club are keeping tabs on Hulk, but Da Costa has revealed that Porto have not been contacted by any team.
Da Costa told Record: "We have no offers for any player. We do not want to talk to anyone. Whoever wants to sign [our players], they will have to meet the release clauses and even then it is necessary that the player wants to go."
The Porto president went on to say that he does not know how serious Milan are for Hulk, referring to the Italian side's attempt to sign Aly Cissokho in 2009. That transfer eventually fell through due to a failed medical, but Da Costa clearly has other thoughts on the issue.
He continued: "It must be a joke. They previously wanted Cissokho and they could not do it. They got that story about his teeth as an excuse, when in fact Cissokho has better teeth than me. That is ridiculous."
Hulk has played a major role in Porto's success this season as he helped the club to the Portuguese league title. They are all but qualified for the Europa League final, too, after beating Villarreal 5-1 in the first-leg.
