It is believed that the duo are close to moves to Real Madrid and Manchester City respectively.
"Given the right conditions, both players can leave," Paolillo told Corriere Dello Sport. "This is a hypothesis that can happen.
"Inter has a strong side. The departure of [Zlatan] Ibrahimovic [to Barcelona last summer] did not weaken us. The side itself needs to be in form," he added.
