Calcio Debate: 20 Serie A players who could transfer clubs this summer
One player from each club who is most likely to switch sides...

1. Emanuel Rivas (Bari)
Possible Destinations: Fiorentina, Juventus
The Argentine midfielder has been linked with two of Serie A's bigger clubs - Fiorentina and Juventus. The 27-year-old himself has expressed his delight at being linked with both the Bianconeri and the Viola. With Bari themselves willing to sign Sebastian Giovinco from Juventus, a swap deal with the former Italian and European champions is not entirely out of the question.
2. Emiliano Viviano (Bologna)
Possible Destinations: Arsenal, Fiorentina
The Bologna custodian was initially related with a move to Serie A club Fiorentina but then was said to have attracted interest from Premier League giants Arsenal. However, both those trails have gone cold now, meaning that the 24-year-old could well stay with the Felsinei.
3. Gaetano Berardi (Brescia)
Possible Destinations: Fiorentina
The 21-year-old is reportedly wanted by Fiorentina. The Viola's defence last season wasn't particularly great and they are looking to add Berardi to reinforce their rearguard.
4. Alessandro Matri (Cagliari)
Possible Destinations: Napoli, Sampdoria
Back in May Cagliari president Massimo Cellino had revealed that ambitious Italian club Napoli wanted to sign the 25-year-old striker and in late June it emerged that Sampdoria were interested as Giampaolo Pazzini was linked with a move to Juventus. However, since then Cellino has vehemently claimed that Matri is not for sale this summer.
5. Maxi Lopez (Catania)
Possible Destinations: Napoli, Juventus
The Argentine signed for Catania only in the second half of last season but played an indispensable role in leading the Sicilians out of the relegation zone. Maxi Lopez struck 11 times in 17 Serie A games and has been linked with moves to Napoli and Juventus. The 26-year-old himself sounded coy on his future, but Catania director Pietro Lo Monaco has been stubborn in claiming that the striker is going to play for the Etnei next season.
6. Ezequiel Schelotto (Cesena)
Possible Destinations: Juventus
Early last season the talented 21-year-old caught the eye of Juventus. At the time it was just a notion and indeed no concrete facts have emerged since then. However, there could be a chance that the Bianconeri resurrect their old interest in the player, dubbed the 'new Mauro Camoranesi'.
7. Andrea Mantovani (Chievo)
Possible Destinations: Palermo, Foreign Clubs
The 26-year-old has been associated with Palermo in Italy and yet-to-be-confirmed clubs outside the Italian top flight. The defender himself has said that he feels good to be paired with a side like Palermo, and although that trail has gone cold since then, a move isn't entirely out of the question.
8. Juan Manuel Vargas (Fiorentina)
Possible Destinations: Barcelona, Juventus, Real Madrid
The Peruvian international winger was hugely impressive in the Champions League last season and has been tipped to leave the Viola this summer. European giants Barcelona and Real Madrid both are said to be interested in the player, but so far nothing concrete has emerged. Juventus too are reportedly eager to land the winger.
9. Robert Acquafresca (Genoa)
Possible Destinations: Lazio, Napoli
The 22-year-old is a wantaway at Genoa. Having played the 2009-10 season on loan at the relegated Atalanta side, Acquafresca is unlikely to remain with the Grifone. There are suggestions that Lazio and Genoa have agreed a loan deal. However, some reports suggest that Napoli too are interested.
10. Mario Balotelli (Inter)
Possible Destinations: Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea
The hugely talented teenager has already made it clear that he wants to leave the Nerazzurri this summer and it now appears that he is destined for Manchester City. Balotelli's agent has admitted that talks with the Premier League club are at an advanced stage, but there are whispers of Manchester United and Chelsea trying to sabotage the deal.
11. David Trezeguet (Juventus)
Possible Destinations: Napoli, Valencia, Club in Turkey, Bordeaux, Milan, Atletico Madrid, Sevilla
There have been mixed signals from the David Trezeguet camp in recent days with reports suggesting that the French striker will stay with Juventus. But it cannot be denied that the Bianconeri are in the transfer market to sign a striker and should they find one, then they will almost likely sell Trezeguet. A number of clubs have shown interest in the player, who could eventually decide to remain in Serie A and not move abroad.
12. Aleksandar Kolarov (Lazio)
Possible Destinations: Manchester City
The Serbian international left-back was initially on the radar of a number of clubs but it now appears that Premier League side Manchester City are the frontrunners. The Eastlands side are close to striking a deal with Lazio for the highly-rated defender.
13. Gianni Munari (Lecce)
Possible Destinations: Palermo
The 27-year-old midfielder was linked with a move to Palermo towards the end of last season and more concrete links could emerge between now and the end of the summer transfer period. Munari played for Palermo in the 2006-07 season and with Mark Bresciano and Fabio Simplicio gone, the Sicilians need reinforcement in the midfield.
14. Klaas-Jan Huntelaar (Milan)
Possible Destinations: Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Manchester City, Bayern Munich
The 'Hunter' could leave Serie A for the Premier League this summer as most of his suitors seem to be from England. The former Real Madrid striker was allegedly in Manchester earlier this week and there is a suggestion that he could join either of the Manchester clubs.
15. Luca Cigarini (Napoli)
Possible Destinations: Parma, Sevilla, Villarreal
Spanish Primera Liga side Sevilla have been confirmed to be interested in the midfielder while Parma too are said to be willing to take the 24-year-old back on board. Villarreal had been linked earlier but that connection doesn't seem to be too hot.
16. Salvatore Sirigu (Palermo)
Possible Destinations: Arsenal
It is unlikely that the 23-year-old will leave Sicily this summer but Arsenal are reportedly watching him. Sirigu is a talented young goalkeeper but he could eventually remain with Palermo.
17. Cristiano Lucarelli (Parma)
Possible Destinations: Napoli
The Italy striker could move to Napoli this summer as the Neapolitans are looking to sign a striker to reinforce their squad. Although Napoli have signed Edinson Cavani, club president Aurelio De Laurentiis has revealed that they do intend to sign the 34-year-old.
18. Cicinho (Roma)
Possible Destinations: Back to Brazil
The former Real Madrid man hasn't been a hit at Roma yet and there have been reports linking the 30-year-old with a move back to Brazil. Cicinho ended the 2009-10 on loan at Sao Paulo and although he is now reportedly back with the squad, the Brazilian is likely to find himself out of coach Claudio Ranieri's plans.
19. Giampaolo Pazzini (Sampdoria)
Possible Destinations: Chelsea, Juventus
Sampdoria insist that they won't sell Pazzini, who has forged a formidable striking partnership with Antonio Cassano, but reports continue to link the player with a move to Italian giants Juventus, who are in the market for a forward. Premier League champions Chelsea too have been associated but their manager Carlo Ancelotti has said that they are not looking to sign a striker.
20. Alexis Sanchez (Udinese)
Possible Destinations: Manchester United
The 21-year-old is one of the world's most exciting youngsters and his performance for Chile in the World Cup only enhanced his reputation. European powerhouse Manchester United have been admirers for some time, although their manager Sir Alex Ferguson has said that they will not make any signings this summer.
