Mario Mandzukic says Bayern Munich will be well prepared for Wolfsburg and is predicting a sixth consecutive victory for the club on Saturday.
Die Roten sit joint top of the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund after six games and recorded a 4-0 win away to Schalke in their last league outing.
Bayern also picked up a 4-1 win in the DFB-Pokal over Hannover on Wednesday - with the striker expecting more of the same.
"I know what makes them [Wolfsburg] tick," he told reporters. "Wolfsburg will definitely give everything to win here.
"But we’re well prepared and we know we’re in good form. It has to end with a Bayern win."
Midfielder Franck Ribery shared the sentiments of the Croatia striker and urged his team-mates to maintain the standard of their their recent displays.
"We have to concentrate and keep playing like we have done recently, because if we do, we have a big chance of winning," Ribery said."
Former Bayern midfielder Luiz Gustavo looks set to face the club he left over the summer after returning from suspension and Wolfsburg coach Dieter Hecking remains optimistic over his side's chances.
"Playing Bayern is like food that’s tough to digest, but it can taste good too," Hecking said.
"It’s entirely up to Bayern whether or not they let you have a chance. But if they do, we have to take advantage of that out on the field."
