Pete Nordsted: Looking for more winners in the Both Teams to Score market

Before the international break Pete landed another double, meaning it's now five winners from six selections and he has two more picks for this weekend's action
Before the international break we registered our second double of the season with both teams failing to find the net in the Nurnberg and Osasuna matches.

This means the total now stands at five winners from six selections this season and let’s hope this good run continues when this weekend we look to selections from the Premier League and Bundesliga.

Here we are following a system bet and you are advised to keep stakes reasonable and always try and obtain the best price available.

This weekend we begin in the Premier League where Southampton take on Sam Allardyce’s West Ham United on Sunday afternoon.

West Ham have a fairly poor record away to teams of the Saints’ grading which reads won two, drawn two and lost six with eight of these matches seeing both teams failing to find the net. Indeed, the Hammers themselves have only scored in two of these 10 matches.

When looking at Southampton’s home form to teams of West Ham’s stature we can see that they boast an average won two, drawn three and lost two with three of these seven matches seeing both teams failing to score.

The “NO” selection in the both teams to score market can be backed at 10/11 (1.91) with Paddy Power and this looks to offer some reasonable value when looking at West Ham’s recent away form.

Next we move to the Bundesliga where Werder Bremen take on Eintracht Frankfurt. When Frankfurt have visited sides of Bremen’s grading then seven of the last 10 matches have seen the “No” selection in the both teams to score market win, as have six of Bremen’s home games to teams of Frankfurt’s stature.

Also, it should be noted that in the case of Frankfurt, in their general play and when facing teams of Bremen’s stature, seven of their last 10 away games have seen less than three goals and under 2.5 goals can be backed at an appealing looking Evens (2.00) with Paddy Power.

Looking at the general form, both teams have scored in only four of Bremen’s last 10 home games and in three of Frankfurt’s last 10 away games, so there is certainly a strong statistical case for going with this selection.

Here the “NO” outcome on the both teams to score market can be backed at a standout price of 6/5 (2.20) with Paddy Power and this certainly looks to offer solid value.

Southampton v West Ham
Werder Bremen v Frankfurt
Both teams to score "No" at 10/11 (1.91) with Paddy Power
Both teams to score "No" at  6/5 (2.20) with Paddy Power
