Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp said that his side wasted three good chances against Stuttgart as he saw his side held to a 0-0 draw at the Westfalenstadion.
The 45-year-old coach felt that his side should have won the game as they were the better team and the result now feels more like a loss to him.
"We were were not as efficient as we usually are and we did not play consistently today," Klopp told WDR2.
"It was an intense game with three clear-cut chances for us. We have to live with this draw at home and it feels like a loss. Both teams gave all they had but we deserved to win the game.“
During the game Stuttgart player Raphael Holzhauser went up for a challenge with Sebastian Kehl, which left the defensive midfielder with a facial injury and he had to be subsituted.
"The challenge was definitely on the borderline of being a red card offence," Klopp added.
Kehl confirmed on Facebook that he has broken his nose but also said that he has not been ruled out of his side's Champions League game against Real Madrid on Tuesday.
