Blackpool miss out as Stuttgart complete signing of Mamadou Bah

The Guinean international moves from French club Strasbourg after completing a medical at Stuttgart.
Stuttgart sporting director Freddy Bobic said: "He is a highly talented player."
The move ends interest from Ian Holloway's Blackpool who were looking to complete a deal before the end of the transfer window.
Holloway will now have to look elsewhere to strengthen his squad ahead of a survival attempt this season.
