The Palermo chairman has blamed the Sweden international for his former player's failure to shine at Parc des Princes, claiming the striker has always been a disruptive influence
The Argentina international has shown flashes of the brilliance that prompted PSG to outbid Chelsea for his signature in 2011 but has thus far failed to become the world beater that he was always touted as - and Zamparini feels that he knows who is to blame.
"For me, Ibrahimovic is a little envious of Pastore," the Rosanero supremo told Sofoot.
"It's not that he doesn't want [Pastore] to do well, it's that he wants to be the only one to shine. Ibrahimovic is a champion, but his problem is that ruins the dressing room because there must always only be him."
Zamparini cited Ibrahimovic's experiences elsewhere as alleged evidence of his disruptive influence on team-mates.
"He's already done it at Juventus, Inter and Milan and in my opinion he's now doing it to Pastore - Javier must befriend him to succeed, but he's too nice."
