The sporting director confirms discussions with the Swedish striker's agent are currently ongoing, as Thiago Silva has reportedly already agreed terms with the Ligue 1 giants
According to Sky Sport 24, the Brazil defender has already agreed terms with the Parisians and all that remains for the move to go ahead is for the forward to do the same.
However, the sporting director brushed off claims that Ibrahimovic was already in Paris today for his medical, telling the channel: "We're dealing with him, I am neither optimistic nor pessimistic, we will continue to go forward in search of a deal.
"We are not currently there yet. When will Ibra arrive in Paris? When we close the deal."
Raiola met Leonardo for a duration of four hours on Friday afternoon at the Parc des Princes to resume negotiations that started between the pair the night before, and both sides are reportedly confident that an agreement is close to being reached.
Ibrahimovic is claimed to be holding out for €14m (£11m) per year, while PSG initially offered him €9m (£7.1m). Nonetheless, a three-year contract worth €12m (£9.5m) per year should be enough for the 30-year-old Swede.
Meanwhile, MIlan are said to be already lining up replacements for Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva, and have been linked with moves for Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko and Schalke's young centre-back Kyriakos Papadopoulos.
