The Brazilian attacker is not focused on the reported interest from the French capital club, who are believed to be keen to bolster their squad in the summer
The Brazil international has been suggested as one of PSG's top targets for next season as the French club look to fine-tune their squad in order to make their mark in the Champions League.
"We have never talked about that, not recently, not ever," Teodoro Fonseca told O JOGO. "I learned about PSG's interest from the press.
"But there have not been any contacts, we have not even been approached.
"Hulk is not even thinking about that."
The 25-year-old attacker, who signed for Porto in 2008, has a contract with the Europa League holders until 2016.
He has been strongly linked with Chelsea in recent months, but Porto are determined to hold out for the £83 million figure in the player's buy-out clause.
