David Beckham has never asked for guarantees over playing time, says Paris Saint-Germain's Leonardo
The director of the Ligue 1 giants says that the 36-year-old has not demanded that he be assured of a regular place in the team if he decides to move to France

The Parc des Princes outfit have been touted as Beckham's likeliest destination as the England international enters the final weeks of his Major League Soccer contract.
French sources have claimed that Beckham would only join PSG if he was given a regular place in the first team, but Leonardo has now insisted there is no truth to such stories.
"Everyone needs playing time, and we need players who are in shape," Leonardo told L'Equipe. "We have never brought that question up.
"Beckham is an intelligent player, he has never asked for those guarantees to anyone. They do not exist."
In recent weeks, several football personalities, such as Laurent Blanc, Michel Platini and Zinedine Zidane, have expressed doubts about PSG's interest in Beckham, with the Uefa president going as far as to claim it is based on commercial reasons.
