After a hard fought draw in the Juventus Stadium at the start of the month against the tournament favourites, Benfica return to the ground after progressing through the semi-final. Sevilla stand in their way this evening, with the Spanish side scoring a 94th minute goal courtesy of Stephane M'Bia, which saw them qualify against Valencia on away goals.
Benfica come into this match as favourites after staying unbeaten in the Europa League this season. Where as Sevilla have played the whole season in the competition, Benfica dropped down from the Champions League in February and it's easy to make a case for the Portuguese side.
Jorge Jesus' men have been extremely solid in the competition, scoring 14 goals in eight matches, only once scoring more than two goals though, with the Portuguese outfit beating Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 away.
Lima and Rodrigo have been the main men for Benfica this season, both in double figures. Despite Lima netting 21 goals in all competitions this season, with five of the Brazillian's five goals coming in Europe this season. Paddy Power price him as favourite to open the scoring at 5/1 (6.00).
Former Real Madrid man Rodrigo has netted 18 goals this season, but has not been able to make a huge impact in the European competitions, scoring only four goals. The price of 7/1 (8.00) for the Spainard to score first is worth avoiding with Paddy Power.
With the Benfica strikers really struggle to dominate the scoring charts in Europe this season, it's worth looking at Sevilla, who have a couple of players who could prove the difference tonight.
Unai Emery's men have been in the Europa League from August, having to qualify for the group stages. The Spanish outfit have netted 40 goals in 18 matches so far, but don't get carried away on that stat, with 18 of those being scored in their first two qualifying ties.
Kevin Gameiro has been a shinning light for Seville this season after signing from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer. The Frenchman has 21 goals this season, including seven in his last eight matches so he is carrying plenty of good form into this high profile clash.
With six Europa League goals to his name so far this season, he's will be keen to add to his tally tonight. Paddy Power price him at 6/1 (7.00) to score first.
Sevilla's Columbian striker Carlos Bacca is the club's leading scorer in the Europa League this season, scoring seven goals. With 21 goals scored this season, Bacca should be a threat this evening for Sevilla. However, with only two goals scored in his last 11 matches, the Columbian doesn't come into this match in the best of form so he may well be best avoided. Paddy Power price him at 13/2 (7.50) to open the scoring.
With Gameiro clearly the man coming into this final high on confidence and looking to end the season on a high, it's certainly worth backing the 27-year-old to net the opener this evening.
