Sevilla - Real Betis Betting Preview: Why the derby should see goals at both ends

With both sides in decent scoring form of late, Phil Kitromilides is backing them both to score tonight
There is something truly special about the Seville derby and the first ever meeting between these two rivals in Europe should ensure an electrifying atmosphere in and around the Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan this evening.

Domestically both sides have disappointed this season although Betis bottom of La Liga and seemingly crashing out of the top flight, are in an infinitely inferior position to Sevilla who currently sit seventh in the table.

William Hill price Unai Emery's side at 8/15 (1.53) for the win, while Betis can be backed at 5/1 (6.00) to record a famous victory.

Earlier this season, Sevilla blitzed Betis 4-0 at home to follow up their 5-1 demolition of the verdiblancos from last season and the hosts are in good form heading
into this game with four successive wins.

Betis though have improved in recent weeks with two wins and a draw from their last three games and a tighter contest than previous meetings should be in prospect.

To that end both teams to score at 8/11 (1.72) looks like a solid selection, with both teams more than capable of scoring.

Betis have scored in four of their last five games, while Sevilla have found the back of the net in all but one of their last 13 games.
