There's a repeat of the Euro 2012 final tonight and our man in Spain Phil Kitromilides can see goals at both ends this evening in Madrid
La Roja are understandably the favourites with Paddy Power, priced at 8/15 (1.53) while Italy are available at 11/2 (6.50) and the draw offered at 3/1 (4.00).
Much of the talk here in Spain in the build up to the game has centred around the inclusion of Diego Costa with the Brazil-born Atletico Madrid forward set to make his debut for his new country despite representing the country of his birth in a friendly as recently as last year.
Not only has there been an ideological debate about whether players should be able to switch countries, but also a stylistic one, namely will the bruising, ramapaging, bullish Costa fit into Spain's intricate system of play.
He can be backed to make some headlines by scoring first at 16/5 (4.20) and is offered at 5/6 (1.83) to net anytime. Spain's last friendly of course ended in a shock 1-0 defeat to South Africa, and Vicente del Bosque will be hoping that Costa may be able to give his side something a little bit different.
Italy for their part have drawn each of their last four matches, but have been in decent scoring form, netting at least twice in four of their last five games.
Spain have had the advantage in previous meetings meaning the Azzurri will be out for revenge and backing both teams to score at 10/11 (1.91) looks like being of interest. It has paid out in seven of Italy's last eight matches and should do so again this evening.
