Two sides at the bottom end of the Championship fight it out on Friday, with our tipster Hugh Wilson backing the home side to come out on topDoncaster welcome Yeovil to the Keepmoat Stadium this week with only four points separating the sides.
Both teams were promoted from League One last season and have struggled to adapt to life in the second tier so far. The Glovers sit bottom of the table with nine points from 15 games, with Doncaster sitting 21st, just outside the relegation places, with 13 points from 14 games.
The home side come into this match without a win in their last four matches. Paul Dickov's men were held at Barnsley before the international break, but that draw did stop the rot of three straight losses.
Their last victory came at home to Leicester, which came as a surprise to the promotion chasers and proves they can perform to a good level in this division on occasions. Betway price Rovers at 13/10 (2.30) to take all three points.
Gary Johnson's side have recorded only one win in their last 15 competitive matches, beating Nottingham Forest 3-1 at home at the end of October.
The Glovers were the surprise package of League One last season, gaining promotion through the play-offs after a fantastic second half to their campaign. With well over a quarter of the season gone already, they already have a mountain to climb to stay in the division. Betway price them at 2/1 (3.00) to win. The same firm prices the draw at 23/10 (3.30).
With both sides hugely inconsistent in front of goal and in defence, it's tough to back anything in the both teams to score market or over 2.5 goals bet, but backing the home side outright is certainly worth an investment. Despite only two home wins in the Championship this season, don't be fooled by Doncasters average home form.
Dickov's side have come up against some top teams at the Keepmoat, already having to face Blackpool, Burnley, Nottingham Forest and Brighton and the aforementioned Leicester. With Yeovil coming into this match in woeful form.
With that in mind it's certainly worth taking advantage of Doncaster's 13/10 (2.30) price to beat a team that are somewhat lower than the challenges they've faced in the early part of the season.
