Seattle Sounders-Colorado Rapids Betting Preview: Why both teams to score is the best bet

Following his winning selection in the Rapids' last match, Phil Kitromilides believes we will see goals at both ends when the side travel to Seattle
After a decent win in Colorado midweek against New England Revolution, the Rapids make the trip to the north west of the country to take on a Seattle Sounders side with one of the best home records in the MLS.

With just two defeats from the last 18 matches they have played on their own turf, including consecutive wins in their last four games, the Sounders are understandably favourites with Coral at 5/6 (1.83) and the Rapids offered at 3/1 (4.00).
Yet there really is only one bet that stands out a mile for this encounter and it is both teams to score which is available at the seemingly generous price of 4/5 (1.80).

The Sounders have been prodigious in front of goal at home netting 13 times in their last four matches.

Meanwhile the Rapids have been consistent in front of goal away from home scoring in eight of their 11 matches on the road this season.
Furthermore this selection has paid out in two of the Sounders' last three home games, and in three of the Rapids' previous four away matches.

The statistics speak for themselves and this looks like an extremely solid bet at an appealing price.
