League One Double: Backing Carlisle and Leyton Orient at lucrative odds

Although overshadowed by tonight's international fixtures, two games in League One offer excellent value this evening. Al Hain-Cole is banking on both for a healthy 4/1 return
League One Double
Carlisle United
Kick-off: 19:45 GMT
Tip: Carlisle to win at 6/4 (2.50) with William Hill

Carlisle will be severely hurting after losing 4-0 at home to Notts County on Saturday, and Bury should be wary of the dangers posed by a wounded animal.

That defeat was the second in a row at home for the Cumbrians, who seem stifled by the Brunton Park atmosphere after going four games without a win in their own back yard.

Fortunately for Greg Abbott's men, they are making up for their poor home record on the road, having won the last three in a row in away from home.

This record looks set to continue at Gigg Lane, where they face a Bury side sitting rock bottom without a single win all season, and have lost their last four on home turf.

The visitors have beaten The Shakers in each of their last seven meetings, and offer great value to add to that record this evening at odds of 6/4 (2.50) with William Hill.

Leyton Orient
Hartlepool United
Kick-off: 19:45 GMT
Leyton Orient to win at 21/20 (2.05) with William Hill

Leyton Orient's inconsistency this season is mirrored by Hartlepool's consistently poor form, and this should make for an intriguing encounter at the Matchroom Stadium.

Russell Slade's men have actually performed reasonably well at home, despite losing three matches to some of the division's heavyweight teams in Sheffield United, Doncaster Rovers and over-achieving Stevenage.

When faced with a more modest opponent, The O's can usually be relied upon to come up trumps, as demonstrated by wins over Brentford and Yeovil, the latter by a convincing 4-1 margin.

Opponents do not come much more modest than Hartlepool at the moment, as the visitors are without an away win all season and have lost five of their last six on the road, conceding 16 goals in the process.

In fact, the visitors have lost seven of their 11 League One games in total so far, and look set to make it eight this evening, at odds of 21/20 (2.05).
