Fernando Torres 10/1 not to score another Premier League goal this season
The Spanish striker has only scored two league goals this campaign and Sportingbet are offering 10/1 for him not to score another Premier League goal this season

Despite showing flashes of his former glory this term, it has been another frustrating campaign for the Spaniard and that could prove a popular punt, especially if Didier Drogba’s return ousts him from the team once more.
Not since late September has Torres notched in the Premier League and time is ticking on his big chance to cement a starting place. Even if the Ivory Coast lift the African Cup of Nations, Drogba will be back by the end of the month and the FA Cup interlude further complicates matters.
He may be priced at 6/4 (2.50) to score against Everton on Saturday, but failure to do so could see chances restricted by the time Bolton visit Stamford Bridge on February 25th.
You can back him at 15/8 (2.88) to break his 2012 duck against one of the league’s weakest defences and it could be the pick given Drogba could be rested until March dawns.
The following week sees a trip to West Brom and it’s here the bigger prices begin, with 7/1 (8.00) on offer that the Baggies concede one from Torres.
Stoke’s poor away defence could be first to give way at 10/1 (11.00) but surely he will have to score as a substitute by then. Man City away hardly jumps off the page, but at 22/1 (23.00) it would be typical of football to produce such a story.
