Another night of Europa League action on Thursday means the opportunity for another treble tip, as the competition nears the end of the group stages.
Treble Tip: Lazio, Besiktas and Schalke all to win @ 6.32 with Stan James
FC Vaslui v Lazio (Away win) @ 2.15
FC Vaslui have performed well in this competition so far and claimed a credible 2-2 draw in Rome in the first game between these two. However, Lazio should have too much for them this time around.
The Romanian side have struggled domestically and the visitors will be unlikely to underestimate them as they did in the first match. Lazio have won four out of their last five games away from home in Serie A and need a result if they are qualify from Group D.
Maccabi Tel Aviv v Besiktas (Away win) @ 2.1
Maccabi Tel Aviv have been on a terrible run of form and come into this game on the back of four straight defeats. They were beaten 2-1 at home by Stoke and Besiktas, who sit second in the group, are in with a good chance of getting all three points.
The visitors have kept three clean sheets in their last five and that doesn’t bode well for Tel Aviv who have only scored four in their last five matches. With Tel Aviv having no chance of qualifying while Besiktas are still hoping for top spot, the away win looks promising.
Schalke v Steaua Bucharest (Home win) @ 1.4
Schalke top their qualifying group coming into this game but there are still three teams in with a chance of progressing and they can’t afford to slip up.
Steaua Bucharest are in good form domestically but were comprehensively beaten 5-0 by Maccabi Haifa and could only manage a draw away at AEK Larnaca. Schalke should have enough quality to see off the Romanians and will want to make up for their last match where they dominated against AEK but only claimed a point.
This treble returns 6.32 with Stan James
