Beating Blackburn Rovers over the weekend has found favour with bookmakers, who have doubled the odds on a shock Liverpool relegation.
Punters could back the Reds at a short 10/1 (11.0) after the Merseyside derby defeat to be playing in the Championship next season. A week later the bookmakers have shifted Liverpool to 20/1 (21.0) after a narrow 2-1 victory over Blackburn.
Roy Hodgson's team remain in the bottom three on goal difference and are away to Bolton Wanderers next week in yet another crucial game. The under-fire manager is a thin 1.50 not to see out the season compared to 2.50 that he remains in charge for the entire campaign.
Former Barcelona manager Frank Rijkaard remains the bookmakers favourite to be the next permanent manager at Anfield. Now out of work, the Dutchman is 1.57 and well clear of the next leading contender, Martin O'Neill, who is 8.0.

Blackpool 1.45
Wolves 1.65
