Celtic manager Neil Lennon believes Scottish clubs need a winter break
Hoops' boss wants domestic season to start earlier...

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has spoken in favour of clubs in the Scottish Premier League being granted a winter break.
The mid-campaign break was stopped nearly 10 years ago in the Scottish top-flight, but the Hoop's boss feels it’s time for it to be reinstated.
The former Leicester City and Celtic midfielder also expressed his concern that his side are starting their season far too late, something which hinders their performances in important Champions League qualifiers.
"I'd be in favour of a winter break, certainly," Lennon told a press conference.
"In my first few years at Celtic, they brought it in. We found it very beneficial as players in the squad. The season didn't run on too long after that into the summer.
"As regards playing these important games early, I do think it would be beneficial if we had some game time before we went into these games."
Celtic lost convincingly 3-0 away to Braga in the first-leg of their Champions League third qualifying round tie on Wednesday night.
When responding to a question asking if his side were still hurting from the defeat, Lennon said: "They'd better be."
Celtic travel to London over the weekend to participate in the Emirates Cup, where they will face Premier League giants Arsenal and Ligue 1's Lyon.
Lennon revealed he will be without former Real Zaragoza midfielder Peter Luccin, who is on trial with the club, for the tournament.
"We tried to get Peter [Luccin] involved and it was only registered players who could play," added Lennon.
"Possibly, we might get a look at him next week, in another friendly. Hopefully, we'll have him in for a couple of days training next week as well."
