Conte flattered by comparisons to Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson

The Bianconeri boss is keen to emulate the Scot's incredible success and is planning to stay at Juventus for another 10 to 15 years
Juventus coach Antonio Conte says he is flattered by comparisons to Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

The former Italy international wants to become at least as successful with Juve as the Scot has with the Red Devils and is hoping he can bring plenty of silverware to the Bianconeri.

"The comparisons with [Sir Alex] Ferguson are quite flattering. It would be amazing if I could emulate him and win as many trophies as him, and perhaps even more," he was quoted as saying by Tuttosport.

"We won the Scudetto last year and want to repeat that success this term. And there's always the dream of winning the Champions League."

Conte has also insisted he has no plans to leave Juventus any time soon and is planning on staying in Turin for a long time.

The 43-year-old hinted at a move abroad at the weekend as he feels there is a lack of respect for Juve in Italy, but the successful coach has now made it clear that he is happy to remain at the Bianconeri.

"When my career at Juventus is over in 10 to 15 years, I might have the desire to move abroad. However, I hope that day is still far away," he added.
