Ganso's representative talks up Porto move: It is time for him to leave Santos
The Portuguese champions had an offer for the Brazilian playmaker turned down by the Copa Libertadores holders, but negotiations over a possible switch are ongoing

One of Ganso's representatives has stated his belief that it is time for the Santos player to leave his homeland and confirmed that negotiations over his sale to Porto are ongoing.
The Portuguese champions had an offer for the Brazil international rejected earlier in the week, with Vila Belmiro president Luis Alvaro Ribeiro calling the bid 'comical'.
Despite this, Diogo Kotscho feels that the amount offered by the Estadio do Dragao outfit was not as ludicrous as first stated and expects that talks between the clubs will continue.
"What he (Ribeiro) said was an overstatement," the agent told OJOGO.
"We are talking about a negotiation which is not over yet. In fact, it has just begun. Porto's offer must have not been that low if DIS, the company which holds 55 per cent of his economic rights, was satisfied.
"I do not know the figure in question, but I am sure the offer is neither tragic, nor comical.
"The clubs must come to an understanding first. Between Porto and Ganso it would be easy to reach an agreement. It is time for him to leave.
"Porto always play in the Champions League and win titles. The Portuguese Liga is also very interesting and this is very important.
"Porto are a great showcase because they play in a lot of competitions. Besides that, the language make it easier for a young player like him to settle," Kotscho concluded.
The 22-year-old, a part of the Santos side that finished runners-up in the 2011 Club World Cup, has seven caps for his national side.
