In the stand out fixtures of the round, Chelsea travel to Arsenal, and Manchester City face Newcastle United. There are three other all Premier League ties, with Birmingham, Burnley and Leicester all having home matches in the fourth round.
Looking at the odds for the eventual winner, Manchester United are currently priced as favourites with Betway. David Moyes' men are 4/1 (5.00) to take home the first domestic trophy of the season.
With a huge amount of pressure on Moyes, he may feel as though a Capital One Cup would show his intent to the fans about winning silverware, especially if his side are unable to make a serious challenge for the Premier League title.
In the last round they had to overcome a strong Liverpool side, where they came out 1-0 winners at Old Trafford.
With Arsenal 8/1 (9.00) and Chelsea 7/1 (8.00) playing each other, it would be tough to back either of these sides, with both teams capable of winning the match.
Looking further a field, Southampton have been very impressive in this years competition, winning comfortably in the second and third rounds.
Mauricio Pochettino's men beat Barnsley away 5-1, before cruising to a 2-0 victory at home to Bristol City.
The Saints face a troubled Sunderland side in the next round, who will be prioritising staying in the Premier League, so Southampton go into that match as favourites.
The price of Pochettino's team winning the cup seems a tad large 18/1 (19.00) with Betway. This bet seems to offer value when you consider what a fantastic start the Saints have had to the season, where they have lost only one match and sit in fourth position in the league.
