Europa League final against Napoli would be a dream, says Chiellini

The Italy international is eager to seal continental glory in the final in Turin and believes his side are firmly on course for a third successive Serie A title
Giorgio Chiellini insists Juventus are desperate to go all the way in the Europa League and he hopes for an all-Italian final against Napoli.

The Turin giants meet Fiorentina in the round of 16 of the competition and Chiellini has made it clear that Juve are brimming with confidence ahead of Thursday's first leg.

"We have belief that we can win the Europa League and we'll go for it right until the very end," the defender told reporters.

"I think everyone's dream is for us to face Napoli in the final, because two Italian sides reaching that stage would be a point of pride for everyone."

The defender also had his say on the Serie A title race and admitted that Juventus are sitting in pole position to win their third consecutive Scudetto are building up a significant lead over Roma.

"We know that we've emerged victorious from two very important matches against opponents whose strength we were wary of. We had luck on our side but we also played well.

"I think we've made an important step towards the Scudetto."

Juventus currently hold a 14-point lead over second-placed Roma, who have a game in hand.
