With the final to be held on home turf in Turin, the Italy international is determined to deliver European success to the Bianconeri faithful this season
The Bianconeri suffered a disappointing group-stage exit from the Champions League this term after a shock loss to Galatasaray on matchday six.
However, they were handed a place in Europe's secondary competition and the Italy international is determined to progress all the way to the final, which will be held in Turin.
"We hope to fulfill our dream of playing in the cup at home. It would be a sign of destiny for all of Juventus," he told Tuttosport.
"So, make no mistake, we will be approaching this journey with our usual enthusiasm."
Meanwhile, Chiellini has spoken of his enthusiasm for the club which he joined from Fiorentina back in 2005.
"I love everything about this club. Their story, for example, has more charm thany anyone else's. You realise what Juve really is.
"You shudder whenever you hear your name sung by 40,000 people. It makes all the difference because it scares the opponent."
