thumbnail Hello,

The Spain international is alongside club captain John Terry as a substitute, while Frank Lampard will hope to add to his goal tally as he starts in the semi-final second leg

Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez has left Juan Mata on the bench for the Europa League semi-final second leg against Basel at Stamford Bridge, with club captain John Terry also missing out.

Ryan Bertrand is in at left-back for the suspended Ashley Cole, and will feature in a defence alongside Cesar Azpilicueta, Branislav Ivanovic and Gary Cahill, with David Luiz in a defensive-midfield role.

Luiz will play alongside Frank Lampard, who is just two goals away from becoming the club's all-time leading goalscorer. Benitez has picked a forward trio of Ramires, Eden Hazard and Victor Moses to support striker Fernando Torres.

Basel make three changes to the side that lost 2-1 to the Blues in the first leg, with Joo-Ho Park, Philipp Degen and Aleksandar Dragovic replaced by Kay Voser, Gaston Sauro and Markus Steinhofer.

Chelsea: Cech; Azpilicueta, Ivanovic, Cahill, Bertrand; Luiz, Lampard; Ramires, Hazard, Moses; Torres.
