Liverpool defender Daniel Agger will start in the second leg of the club's Europa League third qualifying round tie against FC Gomel.
Agger has been the subject of reported interest from Manchester City in recent days but will play alongside Martin Skrtel in the centre of the Reds' defence.
Jonjo Shelvey is preferred in midfield over the likes of Jordan Henderson and Charlie Adam, with Steven Gerrard and Lucas Leiva also included.
New signing Fabio Borini starts in attack alongside Luis Suarez and Stewart Downing, with Glen Johnson and Jose Enrique occupying the full-back positions. Pepe Reina will play in goal.
The Reds recorded a 1-0 victory in the away leg, with Downing scoring the only goal of the contest.
