The 27-year-old believes that Neil Lennon's men were unfortunate to leave Italy without anything from their clash with the Rossoneri, as two late goals downed the ScotsAC Milan midfielder Urby Emanuelson admits that his team owe their 2-0 victory over Celtic in the Champions League to luck.
The Scottish champions had held Massimiliano Allegri's men at bay for some 82 minutes at San Siro on Wednesday before Cristian Zapata's effort deflected in off Emilio Izaguirre for an own goal.
Sulley Muntari was on hand to kill off the contest four minutes later but Emanuelson believes that lady luck was shining on the Rossoneri to send them on their way to victory.
"You can call this a typical Milan victory," he told reporters. "We got lucky with the 1-0, but it was a tough game for us.
"We started really well but, after that, we collapsed. [But] the most important is that we won our first group match."
