The Blancos No.1 missed the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie with a broken thumb last week, but is among the travelling party for the trip to Old Trafford
The goalkeeper had been sidelined since January 23 after he fractured a bone in his left hand during the Blancos' Copa del Rey quarter-final victory over Valencia.
However, the Spain international resumed ball training on Friday and has now been deemed fit enough to participate in the second leg of his side's last-16 European tie.
Elsewhere, defender Nacho will join up with the rest of the squad late due to the 23-year-old having to prepare for the Castilla team's Segunda Division clash with Ponferradina later on Sunday.
