The Spaniard says his side dominated Jose Mourinho’s men in the first leg at the Bernabeu, but he has also warned not to underestimate their La Liga rivals in the second leg
Barcelona’s Sergio Busquets says his team dominated Real Madrid in their 2-0 Champions League victory at the Bernabeu on Wednesday.
The World Cup-winning midfielder believes it was a "perfect" result for his side and says the team's style of play will lead them to another victory in the second leg.
"We had a great game, great effort and we were dominant. [To] maintain a clean sheet away from home and add those two goals was perfect. It is very important [to have] a good lead," he said.
The 22-year-old added: "After losing the cup [Copa del Rey] final we have not changed anything. We have owned the ball and I think this style will lead us to victory in the next match."
Busquets did warn, however, that Jose Mourinho's men cannot be written off just yet, adding: "It's a good lead but Real is never sentenced."
