The Baggies assistant boss does not expect the pair to be affected by speculation regarding interest from the Rs when the two sides meet in the FA Cup in midweek
QPR are believed to have seen bids turned down for the pair this week ahead of the Baggies hosting the west London side for an FA Cup third round replay.
But Keen believes that both Odemwingie and Olsson will be fully focused on the task at hand if picked to feature at the Hawthorns.
"Is QPR's interest unsettling? It's something out of my realm. But, if the boys you are on about play tomorrow night, I know they will be fantastic," he told reporters.
"They are experienced and they will get on with it and do their best for West Brom."
The former Liverpool coach also expressed his belief that the FA Cup still holds importance amongst players and coaches.
"There is enough enthusiasm for this competition and people want to achieve and get their names on West Brom Albion honours boards and be forever remembered," he continued.
"That is what players play for."
