Wolves striker Sam Vokes completes loan move to Brighton until end of season
The 22-year-old has struggled for playing time at Wolves, and completes his sixth loan to the Seagulls who are flying high following their FA Cup win over Newcastle United

Championship side Brighton have signed Wales international striker Sam Vokes on loan from Wolves until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old watched the Seagulls defeat Newcastle at home in the FA Cup 4th round tie on Saturday after the club’s head of football operations David Burke agreed the move with Wolves, which was completed on Monday.
Manager Gus Poyet told the club’s official website: “Sam is a traditional centre-forward, physically strong, and the type of forward we feel will complement the strikers we have here.
"He showed a huge amount of potential as a teenager at Bournemouth and with Wolves in the Championship, but he has found his opportunities limited in the Premier League.
"It's always difficult for a loan player, but I hope that we can be the club at which he flourishes, and that his style of play will suit the way we like to play; and we have an opportunity to get to know each other between now and the end of the season."
The forward signed for Wolves after impressing for Bournemouth as an 18-year-old, but struggled for playing time and has completed loan spells at Leeds, Bristol City, Sheffield United, Norwich.
This season, in competition with Steven Fletcher, Kevin Doyle, and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake in a side that frequently plays with one striker, he has made only three substitute appearances and completed a spell on loan to Burnley who were reportedly keen to retain him for the second half of the season.
