Ipswich Town striker Michael Chopra wins player of the year at inaugural Asian Football Awards
Former England U21s forward awarded first ever Asian football gong along with coaches of Asian heritage and those dedicated to increasing Asian participation in British football

Other winners included the BBC's Manish Bhasin, long-serving Football League referee Jarnail Singh and QPR's owner Tony Fernandes.
