Monaco interested in West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green - report
Second division French side are reportedly eyeing the England international as a January replacement for their injured first-choice shot-stopper Sebastien Chabbert
Monaco are reported to be interested in acquiring the services of West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green.
The French club are currently languishing at the bottom of Ligue 2, having won only one of their 18 league games this season.
However, they were recently taken over by a group led by current club president, Dmitry Rybolovlev, and €100 million [£82.5m] is expected to be invested in the club over the next four years.
Now, L'Equipe reports that the second division side may be interested in signing England international Green, with first-choice shot-stopper Sebastien Chabbert doubtful of playing again this season due to a knee injury.
Green is currently in his sixth season at West Ham and has made over 200 appearances for the east London club.
