The Brazilian played an integral role in Atletico’s La Liga title victory last season, as well as in the club’s Champions League campaign which saw them end up as losing finalists to Real Madrid.
Along with Diego Costa, who is set to join Chelsea in a deal worth £75m, including transfer fee and salary, Miranda looks poised to leave the Spanish champions this summer.
"I have some offers and we are negotiating," the 29-year-old told ESPN.
"I have offers from Spanish and English leagues and from some less important ones too.
"My agent is in Europe to decide my future, my buy-out fee at Atletico Madrid is €30 million [£24.2m], but that can be negotiated."
Miranda has been linked with both Manchester clubs, as well as Barcelona.
