Everton's 3-0 victory over Arsenal at Goodison Park on Sunday has placed Arsene Wenger's future under renewed scrutiny.
The Gunners no longer have their top four destiny in their own hands and have taken just two points from their last four matches, while Everton have won six in a row.
Wenger is also yet to formally sign a two-year extension to his current contract, which expires this summer, leading to talk of the Frenchman ending his 18-year reign.
For some, Roberto Martinez appears to tick all the boxes. The Spaniard has worked wonders at Everton this season, playing attractive, attacking football and developing talented young players.
Arsenal legend Ian Wright admits Martinez would be near the top of his list of managers to succeed Wenger if the Frenchman decides to bow out this summer.
What do you think? Who should be Arsenal manager next season? Should Wenger stay? Is it time for him to stand down? Would Martinez be a better option even if the Frenchman wants to remain in charge?
