Like Jones, the trio of Bergara, Reeves and Evans have also formed part of Martinez’s management team at his previous clubs.
Martinez, who took over at Everton last month, told the club’s official website: "They bring a real understanding of the way that we work and a real understanding of what we have to reach with the players and try to help the players as quick as we can to be a strong team at the start of the season.
"What we have is a lot of important people at the club."
Reeves was responsible for Wigan signing the trio of James McArthur, James McCarthy and Arouna Kone.
The arrival of Jones, Bergara, Reeves and Evans comes a matter of days after the previous coaching set-up of Jimmy Lumsden, Steve Round and Chris Woods left Everton to join David Moyes at Manchester United.
