thumbnail Hello,

The Black Cats have three relatively comfortable matches to start the campaign, before clashes with Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United and Newcastle in September and October

Paolo Di Canio has been given a gentle start to what he hopes will be his first full season in Premier League management.

Sunderland will host Fulham on the opening day, before trips to Southampton and Crystal Palace complete August.

But Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United lay in wait across the next four games, with a trip to West Brom thrown into the mix.

The Black Cats will play Newcastle at the Stadium of Light on October 26, before travelling to St James' Park on February 1.
