Sunderland new-boy Alfred N'Diaye says that he has had little trouble settling in at the club, largely thanks to the supporters.

13/1 Sunderland are 13/1 with Paddy Power to be relegated from the Premier League
The 22-year-old joined the Black Cats from Bursaspor in January and has featured in all five Premier League fixtures since arriving on Wearisde.

His early contributions have already endeared him to the fans at the Stadium of Light and N'Diaye was quick to highlight their role in his strong start.

He told the club's official website: "I'm liking being here at Sunderland. I love playing at the Stadium of Light and I love meeting the fans; I'm very happy here.

"To play in front of crowds of 40,000 is a great feeling. Supporters here love football – whenever they see me outside they’re so happy to see a footballer and have lots of love for the club.

"It makes me happy to be able to give them something back and sign autographs or have photographs taken."
