The Rs manager says a number of mistakes at the back made his team easy pickings for the Welsh outfit, with Bobby Zamora's second-half strike failing to instigate a comeback
The bottom-of-the-table side made the trip to south Wales on the back of an impressive unbeaten streak since the turn of the year, with the Rs conceding just once in 2013.
However, goals from Angel Rangel and Pablo Hernandez as well as a Michu double crushed QPR’s hopes to extend their five-match unbeaten run.
"We made mistakes today.” Redknapp told reporters. “They were blatant, almost schoolboy errors to give the goals away,
"Swansea are a good side and I love the way they play but I felt they didn't have to work hard for their goals.
"Defensively we've been strong lately but today we weren't [today] and it made it difficult.”
A Bobby Zamora strike just after the break failed to instigate a fightback by the relegation-threatened Rs, as Swansea bounced back from their 1-0 defeat at West Ham in emphatic fashion.
Redknapp continued: “For the first goal we let Michu run inside and have a shot and when it comes back he has all the time in the world to scoop it back in.
