Two Albanian Newcastle fans claimed that the defender had racially abused them as he warmed up on the touchlines during his side's 3-1 victory at St James' Park last month
Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov will face no further police action following an inquiry into alleged racist abuse.The incident occurred during Manchester City’s 3-1 victory over Newcastle United at St James’ Park last month, when the Serbian clashed with two fans who were seen to be holding an Albanian flag.

The two Magpies fans complained to stewards following the dispute, leading police to launch an investigation into the incident.
However, a Northumbria Police spokeswoman has revealed that no further action will be taken, saying: "We can confirm there will be no further police action."
