Liverpool youngster Danny Wilson joins Bristol City on loan

The Scottish centre-back has linked up with the Robins on a two-month emergency loan deal, having failed to break into Brendan Rodgers' first-team plans so far this season
Liverpool have confirmed that Danny Wilson has joined Bristol City on an emergency two-month loan.

The 20-year-old Scotland international has made nine first-team appearances since moving to Anfield from Rangers in 2010, but is yet to feature under Brendan Rodgers this season.

He moves to Ashton Gate with Bristol City currently sitting in 23rd place in The Championship, and without a win in 11 matches.

Wilson spent the second half of last season on loan at Blackpool, and was heavily linked with a permanent move to the Seasiders in the summer.
