Norwich City striker Chris Martin has joined League One outfit Swindon Town on loan until January 5.

The forward, who is a graduate of the Canaries' academy, has found himself on the fringes of manager Chris Hughton's first-team squad this season, making just three appearances.

The 24-year-old was sent on loan to Championship side Crystal Palace last season, scoring seven goals in 26 appearances.

25/1 Swindon Town are 25/1 with PaddyPower to beat Yeovil Town 4-0 in League One
Swindon, managed by Paolo Di Canio, currently sit sixth in League One, with first-choice striker Andy Williams only recently retuning to first-team action after a three weeks out with a calf injury.

Charlton midfielder Danny Hollands has also arrived on a similar deal but a proposed move for Sheffield Wednesday hitman Gary Madine has collapsed after a series of delays.
